Course Description

PALS is geared towards healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children and for personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years. -Advanced Airway Management -Child Abuse -Toxicology -Trauma—Overview and Approach -Technologically Dependent Child -Sedation and Analgesia -Post–Cardiac Arrest Care -Ultrasound -Congenital Heart Disease The American Heart Association no longer issues paper cards. You will receive an email from the American Heart Association eCards@heart.org with your certificate which is valid for 2 years within 20 days of completing the course requirements.
