Course Description

Heartsaver First Aid Course provides students the highest quality training in the lifesaving skills of first aid. The course empowers students to act with confidence in the event of an emergency at work, home, or in the community. Topics covered include: -First Aid Basics -Medical Emergencies -Injury Emergencies -Environmental Emergencies Who should take this course? Heartsaver First Aid is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs first aid training and a course completion card for job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements. This course can also be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared to act in an emergency. The American Heart Association no longer issues paper cards. You will receive an email from the American Heart Association eCards@heart.org with your certificate which is valid for 2 years within 20 days of completing the course requirements.
