Debbie Sampson

Debbie Sampson, the passionate and dedicated owner of Quality Patient Centered Services, LLC (QPCS), is eternally grateful for her loving husband, whose support has been instrumental in her journey of establishing QPCS. His encouragement and belief in her abilities have been a constant source of strength and motivation.

 

When Debbie reflects on her life, she feels immense gratitude for her beautifully precious children. They bring joy and inspiration to her every day, reminding her of the importance of her work in providing exceptional care to others. Alongside her husband and children, Debbie is surrounded by an amazing circle of friends, family, and 'sisters' who have supported her through the ups and downs of life. Their presence and encouragement have been invaluable in her personal and professional journey.

Debbie's dedication to the healthcare field stems from her extraordinary lineage of military men in her family. Her biological father, a heavy combat Vietnam War Air Force veteran, and her stepfather (Dad), a retired Air Force serviceman, have instilled in her a deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by those who serve. Going even further back, her great-grandfather's heroic acts, flying 22 critical missions over Germany as part of the Eighth Air Force during World War II, earned him a distinguished flying cross, and serves as a constant reminder of the bravery exhibited by her ancestors. Her grandfather and uncle have also contributed to this legacy by serving in the US Army. The tradition of military service in her family fuels her commitment to providing quality care to the courageous men and women of the United States Military.

Establishing QPCS in 2012 was a bold step for Debbie, considering she had no prior knowledge of business. However, driven by her passion for nursing and her desire to make a difference, she combined her nursing expertise with her dream of providing compassionate care to those in need. Her formative years as a student at Milton Hershey School further shaped her leadership skills and instilled in her the pursuit of success. The life of Mr. Hershey, the school's founder, who triumphed over numerous failures through hard work and self-belief, serves as a constant inspiration for Debbie. She remains forever grateful to Mr. and Mrs. Hershey for the legacy they left behind and the valuable lessons taught at the school.

 

As a caring nurse, Debbie believes wholeheartedly in the importance of genuine compassion and prioritizes the well-being of both patients and the healthcare professionals she works alongside. Through her steadfast dedication, she strives to be an exemplary nurse, medical provider, and leader, setting high standards for herself in these roles.

 

Reflecting on the remarkable journey of QPCS, Debbie considers it an absolute blessing and gift. Each day, she is filled with gratitude for the incredible people who have touched her life and the lives of her family through QPCS. What started as a dream to provide superior medical care to the courageous men and women of the United States Military has now expanded its services to benefit the entire Commonwealth.

 

The growth and success of QPCS can be attributed not only to Debbie but also to the QPCS family—a team that shares her vision and passion for quality patient-centered care. Debbie feels blessed and proud of her QPCS family, recognizing their integral role in fulfilling the organization's mission.

 

Looking ahead, Debbie is filled with excitement and anticipation for the next 10 years of QPCS. With her committed dedication, the support of her team, and a pledge to excellence, she eagerly awaits the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead, confident in her ability to continue making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.
