US Military Veteran Respiratory Therapist (Registered) – (Full-Time Employee)

Schedule: 36 hrs per week, 7pm - 7:30am Variable Nights, Rotating Weekends

Shifts Available:

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Compensation: Up to $53.84 per hour, depending on experience, plus shift differentials.

• Evening Shift Differential: $3.00/hr

• Night Shift Differential: $4.00/hr

• Weekend Shift Differential: $2.25/hr

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Not to Exceed $5,000

THE POSITION:

Quality Patient Centered Services, LLC (QPCS) is partnering with Hire G.I. LLC to support Samaritan Healthcare in Moses Lake, WA. We are seeking experienced Respiratory Therapist (Registered) to perform specialized respiratory assessment and care commensurate to patients with respiratory disorders. This role will be recommending treatment plans and implement care as directed by the patient's attending physician per hospital protocol. Will also educates patient and/or caregivers to provide understanding of their condition, the lifestyle changes necessary to maximize health, the appropriate use of equipment and medication utilized in their care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Graduate of AMA accredited two (2) year Respiratory Care Practitioner education program (or equivalent criteria for state regulatory requirements).

Certification:

• CRT, RRT eligible, or RRT credentials from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC), and State of Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner Certification/License.

• Current BLS (Healthcare Provider Level), ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications.

Must be a U.S. MILITARY VETERAN to be considered for submission at this time.

Experience:

• Two (2) years postgraduate acute care respiratory care experience preferred.

Benefits:

• Sign-On Bonus: Paid in a lump sum after a successful 90-day probationary period. Candidates must remain employed for at least 2 years at Samaritan Healthcare; if you leave earlier, a prorated amount must be repaid.

• Relocation Assistance: Available for candidates located at least 100 miles from Samaritan Healthcare. Amount is discretionary, based on distance, and can be adjusted as necessary.

Note on Onboarding: Typically, onboarding takes 2 weeks, but can take longer depending on availability for orientation or relocation. Flexibility is offered for candidates needing extra time to relocate.
