Medical Assistant - Certified (MA-C) – (Full-Time Employee) – Must be licensed in Washington State

Location: Samaritan Clinic on Pioneer, Moses Lake, WA
Position Type: Permanent Full-Time
Schedule: 40 hrs per week, Monday – Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays

Shifts Available:

• Float: 1 position, Days (7:45 AM – 5:15 PM)

• Care Today: 2 positions, Days/Evenings, availability Sunday – Saturday from 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Cardiology: 1 position, Days (7:45 AM – 5:15 PM)

Compensation: $19.73 – $33.24 per hour, depending on experience, plus shift differentials

• Evening Shift Differential: $2.10/hr

• Night Shift Differential: $3.00/hr

• Weekend Shift Differential: $2.25/hr

Sign-On Bonus: $7,500

Relocation Assistance: Not to Exceed $5,000

THE POSITION:
Quality Patient Centered Service, LLC (QPCS) is partnering with Hire G.I. LLC to support Samaritan Healthcare on Pioneer in Moses Lake, WA. We are seeking experienced Certified Medical Assistants (MA-Cs) to provide patient care under the supervision of physicians and physician extenders. The MA-C will be involved in both clinical and administrative tasks, including assisting providers with patient care, performing screenings, and supporting various specialties including Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Family Medicine, OB/Women’s Health, Urgent Care, Podiatry, and more.

This position is available for experienced MA-Cs ONLY – new grads are not being considered at this time.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED

• Active license in the State of Washington as a Medical Assistant – Certified

• Current (Healthcare Provider [HCP] level) CPR certification

• Experience working in a clinic setting providing support to providers in medical specialties preferred

• Minimum 2-year commitment for employment

• Must be a U.S. military veteran to be considered for submission

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Successful completion of a criminal history background check

• Must leave previous employment with Samaritan Healthcare in good standing

• Sign-On Bonus: Paid in a lump sum after a successful 90-day probationary period. Candidates must remain employed for at least 2 years at Samaritan Healthcare; if you leave earlier, a prorated amount must be repaid.

• Relocation Assistance: Available for candidates located at least 100 miles from Samaritan Healthcare. Amount is discretionary, based on distance, and can be adjusted as necessary.
