• Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) – Women’s Health/OB, Pioneer (may combine both PT to a FT position)

Compensation: Up to $68.37 per hour, depending on experience, plus shift differentials

• Evening Shift Differential: $2.75/hr

• Night Shift Differential: $4.00/hr

• Standby Shift Differential: $4.00/hr

• Weekend Shift Differential: $3.75/hr

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500
Relocation Assistance: Not to Exceed $5,000

THE POSITION:

Quality Patient Centered Services, LLC (QPCS) is partnering with Hire G.I. LLC to support Samaritan Healthcare on Pioneer in Moses Lake, WA. We are seeking experienced Clinic Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide patient care in an outpatient setting. As a Clinic RN, you will assist with patient assessments, treatment plans, provider support, and patient education in Women’s Health/OB and Pioneer Clinic settings. This is a part-time role (16 hrs/week) with the potential to combine with another part-time role for full-time employment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

• Current Washington State RN Licensure or a valid RN license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.

• 1+ year of clinic, outpatient, or primary care nursing experience preferred

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – Healthcare Provider (HCP) level required within 30 days of hire (AHA or equivalent).

• Must be a U.S. MILITARY VETERAN to be considered for submission at this time.

Benefits:

• Sign-On Bonus: Paid in a lump sum after a successful 90-day probationary period. Candidates must remain employed for at least 2 years at Samaritan Healthcare; if you leave earlier, a prorated amount must be repaid.

• Relocation Assistance: Available for candidates located at least 100 miles from Samaritan Healthcare. Amount is discretionary, based on distance, and can be adjusted as necessary.

Note on Onboarding: Typically, onboarding takes 2 weeks, but can take longer depending on availability for orientation or relocation. Flexibility is offered for candidates needing extra time to relocate.
